Working with premium Temple Spa products, you’ll receive full product and treatment training to ensure you feel confident delivering outstanding guest experiences. Whether treating returning clients or first-time visitors, your professionalism and attention to detail will keep guests coming back for more.
This role is ideal for a confident therapist who enjoys working independently, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments to a consistently high standard.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the resort spa as a solo therapist when required.
- Maximise treatment bookings and retail sales through excellent customer care and upselling.
- Build strong rapport with guests and promote spa services across the hotel.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional spa environment at all times.
- Manage stock levels, retail displays, and spa supplies in line with company procedures.
- Use spa POS systems accurately for bookings, sales, and reporting.
- Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Report guest feedback, operational issues, and service improvement ideas to management.
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Represent the Neilson brand professionally with excellent presentation standards.
- Support wider resort operations and guest events when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
- Competent across a range of treatments including massage, facials, manicures/pedicures, and hot stone therapy.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ practical experience within a professional spa or salon environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional guest care.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or additional spa/wellness qualifications.
- Experience using Temple Spa or other luxury spa product ranges.
- Previous overseas or seasonal work experience.
- Retail or treatment upselling experience.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and email.

Additional Information
