About Us

For almost 50 years, Neilson has been creating unforgettable active holidays in some incredible Beach Club destinations.

From sailing and watersports to tennis, fitness, biking and much more, our guests are at the centre of everything we do.

Our Spa Teams give guests the chance to relax, recover and recharge alongside everything else a Neilson holiday has to offer.

We’re looking for experienced spa professionals who combine technical ability with great leadership, personality, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About You

You’re an experienced, qualified Beauty Therapist who’s ready to take ownership of a busy Spa operation and lead from the front.

You’re confident, engaging and approachable, with the ability to motivate and develop a team while maintaining consistently high professional standards.

You understand that great leadership isn’t about standing on the sidelines. You’ll still deliver treatments, interact with guests, support your therapists and get stuck into the day-to-day operation whenever needed.

You’re commercially aware and understand the relationship between brilliant guest service and strong spa performance. You can drive bookings, treatment revenue and retail sales without turning the guest experience into a hard sell.

You’re organised enough to manage rotas, appointments, stock and competing priorities, resilient enough to deal with busy periods and adaptable enough to respond when plans inevitably change.

You take pride in developing the people around you, giving constructive feedback and creating a positive environment where your team can perform at their best.

Most importantly, you combine professional standards with personality, energy, a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for creating brilliant guest experiences.

This is a hands-on management role. You’ll lead by example through excellent treatment delivery and guest care while coaching and supporting your team, driving bookings and retail sales and identifying opportunities to improve both the guest experience and commercial performance.

You’ll work with Temple Spa, receiving comprehensive product and treatment training so you can confidently deliver treatments, recommend products and help your team develop excellent product knowledge.

You’ll also earn uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings alongside your basic salary.
