Job Criteria & Responsibilities
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Operate power boats or safety boats to support various water sports activities, including sailing, windsurfing, and paddleboarding.
- Ensure the safety of water sports participants by closely monitoring their activities.
- Conduct water rescues and provide assistance in case of emergencies.
- Maintain watercraft and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Assist with beach setup and ensure equipment is readily available for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service and information about water sports activities.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Valid boating license and certification as a Power Boat / Safety Boat Driver from a recognized authority.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong watercraft operation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
