Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (part-time contract will be considered, minimum 24-hours)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £28-£32K, depending on experience

About You:

We’re looking for someone organised, numbers-savvy and up for a new challenge to join our Commercial team as a Yield Executive. This is a great role for someone looking to get into the world of trading, pricing and commercial performance, if you’ve got a keen eye for detail and love making things run smoothly, this could be the perfect next step. You don’t necessarily have to have bags of experience, but you will need to be willing to learn and get stuck in.

Role Overview:

The Yield Executive will support the Inventory Yield Manager in ensuring that the right stock is on sale, in the right channel, at the right price, to drive revenue and margin performance. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Keeping Things Running Smoothly

  • Help make sure our holiday inventory is set up correctly – across room types, durations, arrival days and booking channels.
  • Keep an eye on what’s on sale, where, and spot any issues before they become a problem.
  • Support the team with things like Choose Your Room set-up, extras, pricing updates and allocation administration.
  • Work with our overseas and in-house teams to make sure everything’s in place from the point we go on sale through to guest arrival.
  • Assist the sales team with inventory, pricing, and availability queries so they can give customers the best possible experience.

Getting Stuck into the Numbers

  • Track how our holidays are selling and help spot patterns or areas where we can improve.
  • Pull together weekly sales reports and performance summaries
  • Keep an eye on what our competitors are doing – pricing, offers, availability – and share insights with the team.
  • Share data and insights to help guide decisions around pricing, allocation and promotions.

Working with the Wider Team

  • Support the Commercial and Marketing teams by keeping them updated with what’s available and what we need to push.
  • Help make sure the right stock is available across all our booking channels.
  • Contribute to end-of-season reviews and planning for the next season’s inventory setup.

  • Can analysis data and create meaningful reports
  • Organised and detail-orientated
  • Are a team player who’s happy chatting to different departments.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow within a commercial, trading, or yield environment.

It’d be a bonus if you…

  • Have had exposure to the travel industry or experience working with holiday products, hotels, or flights
  • Have an understanding of inventory, pricing, or yield concepts but not essential
  • Have an interest in travel and outdoor activities
