Our venue is as much about great vibes as it is about stunning surroundings — and we’re looking for a charismatic Bartender to join the crew and keep the drinks flowing.

The Role:

As a Bartender, you'll be the master of the bar — mixing drinks, shaking up experiences, and keeping the party going. This is more than just pouring — it’s about personality, performance, and passion. You’ll be front and centre, creating crafted cocktails and meaningful moments for guests from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, flair, and consistency.

  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and upbeat bar environment.

  • Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and in line with health and safety standards.

  • Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest tastes and preferences.

  • Manage inventory, assist in ordering, and stock rotation.

  • Support live events, theme nights, and high-energy service environments.

  • Collaborate with the wider F&B and front-of-house teams to elevate the overall guest experience.

  • Stay ahead of cocktail trends and contribute creative input to the seasonal drinks menu.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a busy, premium hospitality setting.

  • Confident cocktail skills and strong product knowledge (spirits, liqueurs, wines).

  • A team player with a vibrant personality and excellent communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages, particularly Turkish or German, are a bonus).

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

  • Coffee/barista skills are a welcome plus.

  • Must be flexible, reliable, and happy to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
