Our venue is as much about great vibes as it is about stunning surroundings — and we’re looking for a charismatic Bartender to join the crew and keep the drinks flowing.
The Role:
As a Bartender, you'll be the master of the bar — mixing drinks, shaking up experiences, and keeping the party going. This is more than just pouring — it’s about personality, performance, and passion. You’ll be front and centre, creating crafted cocktails and meaningful moments for guests from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and serve a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, flair, and consistency.
Maintain a warm, welcoming, and upbeat bar environment.
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and in line with health and safety standards.
Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest tastes and preferences.
Manage inventory, assist in ordering, and stock rotation.
Support live events, theme nights, and high-energy service environments.
Collaborate with the wider F&B and front-of-house teams to elevate the overall guest experience.
Stay ahead of cocktail trends and contribute creative input to the seasonal drinks menu.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working as a bartender in a busy, premium hospitality setting.
Confident cocktail skills and strong product knowledge (spirits, liqueurs, wines).
A team player with a vibrant personality and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages, particularly Turkish or German, are a bonus).
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Coffee/barista skills are a welcome plus.
Must be flexible, reliable, and happy to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
